Description

In Chinese lore, Henan native Du Kang is the Prometheus of Chinese alcohol. An imperial minister (and later emperor) who allowed grain stores to go off, Du Kang smelled the sickly sweet fragrance of rotting grain and found his calling. He is credited with inventing sorghum alcohol, and later legends suggest that his wine could induce three years of perpetual drunkenness. As the ancient warlord Cao Cao once famously wrote, “I  know but one wine: Du Kang.”

Dukang Mianrou 3 Xing is transparent with a light yellow tinge. It has a long, smooth taste with some heat on the finish.
